The Patient Centricity department of Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmetics and Personal Care is dedicated to consumer and patient relations. Its vocation is to study the expectations, needs and practices of consumers and patients in order to better understand them, get to know them better and better understand them in order to adjust the responses.
